- Total Operational and financial responsibility for an individual restaurant.
- Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate member of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.
- Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
- Manage the restaurant within the policy & guidelines of the company to ensure customers satisfaction and profit maximization.
- Hotel Management/B.Sc/Post Graduate/MBA, at least 4years of exposure in Managing and Leading a Restaurant.
- Quick Service Restaurant/Dine-in/Hotel background.
