Our company is a major player in the Oil Servicing Industry and due to recent expansions; we seek to engage personnel for immediate employment in the following positions.

 

Position: Corporate Affairs Officer

Job Description

  • Coordinates travel arrangements/bookings (domestic and International) and provide detailed itineraries
  • Liaises with different embassies for visa issuance(s)
  • Immigration and Quota Returns Filings
  • Hotel accommodation Bookings for Expatriates
  • Partially supervises Corporate Planning Assistant for Corporate Events

 

Experience and Qualification

  • B.A in Arts, Humanities, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

 

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills, creativity resourcefulness.
  • Experience in the mineral Oil and Gas Industry an added advantage
  • Previous ticketing or travels work experience, an added advantage
  • Computer Literacy a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Age: Not more than 35 years

 

Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  • Manage the front office and arrange for conferences
  • Prioritize and manage projects simultaneously, follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain business and personal calendars
  • Assist with preparation of presentations materials
  • Make travel arrangements (domestic and International) and provide detailed itineraries
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings
  • Prepare Expense Reports for final approval and processing
  • Provide switchboard relief to the main console on a rotating basis
  • Process all electronic communication(s)
  • Prepare correspondence and assist with miscellaneous reports and documents
  • Responsible for the filing and maintenance of documents in the department
  • Additional job duties as assigned

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • B.Sc in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Possession of MBA, an added advantage
  • 2 years experience as an Executive in a corporate environment,
  • Experience in the mineral Oil and Gas Industry an added advantage
  • Strong Numeric, graphic software and Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent Communication, Writing and Reporting Skills
  • Good Personal Disposition with a flaw for Marketing
  • A team Player with Strong Leadership Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Creative, Target Driven with excellent organizational skills
  • Age: 25 – 30 years

 

Position: Company Drivers

Job Description

  • To chauffeur /transport staff to their various official duties
  • Plan Route and keep their vehicle neat at all times
  • Keeping tab on the maintenance schedule/particulars of their assigned  vehicles

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • School Certificate holders

 

Required skill(s):

  • Safety first and good driving habits
  • Have excellent attendance and positive attitude to work
  • Must be Married
  • Ability to work according to the dictate of company’s time
  • To be able to travel at anytime required and work late hours including weekends
  • Valid driver’s License
  • Age: 41-45
